The Movement Ritual is a meditative journey through the entire body. It helps to develop a strong and flexible body as well as to heal injured and weak body parts. Like a red thread it leads us towards personal creativity in movement as we begin to understand the basics of movement principles. The Movement Ritual uses the knowledge of the natural evolution in movement and is therefore extremely grounding on all levels (the physical, emotional and mental). Movement, feelings and thoughts join together in fluent harmony.

Starting from each individual’s level of competence, we learn how to expand our range of movements in a gentle and progressive way. No experience necessary.
The training is offered in two blocks of eight consecutive weeks. Students will learn fourteen different movement sequences and how to bring them together in a fluent and meditative dance.
