“Food Growing in Harmony with Nature”

Elisabeth and Dieter are always busy working in their beautiful 38 acres up the North Fork. As you pull in you immediately see their vision statement come to life. Nature surrounds their charming home and as you walk up to the garden you see the beauty unfold even more. Delicious berries, fruit trees and flowers in full bloom, with bees of many types all working together in synchronization to create a masterpiece in Organic Farming.

Elisabeth’s passion for working with herbs comes through as she speaks of creating her own tea blends and tinctures, she also is very passionate about giving her customers the best quality of their products. Each bag of salad mix from Sand Creek is rinsed and sorted twice. Just one example of the ways these 2 work so hard to provide the best. Dieter creates all his own homemade bio-dynamic mixtures and has been creating a beautiful energy garden, carefully thought out and organized, where both Dieter and Elisabeth come to enjoy the view and most importantly re-energize themselves from their long hardworking days. My daughter and I had the most lovely time visiting up at Sand Creek Organics, we ate the most delicious veggies picked that morning, picked many berries to taste and learned so much about flowers and herbs through our walk in the garden. During our visit it was very clear that this Organic lifestyle lives not only in their garden, they practice Organic living all throughout their lives.

Sand Creek Organics would like to hear from you, They are creating a new batch of Green Power and are wondering if customers who make smoothies would rather like Green Power without any salt, it would not be so tasty, as a bit salt enhances the flavor ?
